 Our FEL 1 and 2 consultancy services focus on feasibility and concept select & design for oil and gas, and energy projects. In FEL 1, we analyze various project archetypes, assess project viability, scope, site selection, and preliminary costs (Class 5 / 4). FEL 2 reviews and selects a concept, refines designs, optimizes processes, fixing the flowsheet and enhances cost and schedule estimates. Using advanced cost modelling techniques and coupled with benchmarked pricing, we can simulate multiple options to enable the client to understand overall CAPEX and OPEX costs over (typically) a 25year life cycle.
